Patricia Clements is the founder and Managing Director of Bradfor Ltd responsible for running all facets of the textile business. A highly skilled professional and experienced textile technologist there is very little that Patricia doesn’t know about the textile industry.
For the last 25 years she has developed an outstanding reputation as one for the leading suppliers to OEMs in the aerospace and medical seating industry. Patricia has a comprehensive knowledge of textile properties and manufacturing processes and applies a methodical and innovative approach to client projects. Patricia regularly works to tight deadlines and budgets without ever compromising on quality.
When she is not working, Patricia enjoys traveling abroad and spending time with her family.
An experienced manager with over 30 years’ experience planning and leading operations, Kevin has worked in a number of small to medium sized manufacturing environments within the aerospace and telecoms sectors. Results driven, he has a proven track record devising, evaluating, and implementing continuous process improvements to minimise waste and reduce costs, while maximising quality and yield.
Since joining Bradfor Ltd in 2016 Kevin has developed effective quality control and safety programs, encouraging proactive participation across the manufacturing floor. An excellent leader, Kevin continues to build a cohesive team at Bradfor that is focused on production goals, safety, and throughput.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys golfing and discovering in the great outdoors.
Francis is an accomplished account manager who also oversees production development. Focused on developing and maintaining strong customer relations, Francis’ in-depth knowledge of our customer needs, matched with our inhouse capabilities, is what enables us to exceed our customer expectations.
Prior to working in Bradfor Ltd, Francis worked for Adria for 4 years as an industrial engineer, setting production targets using GSD methodology and on projects such as factory/stores layouts.
In his free time, Francis enjoys coaching his local GAA underage team – “Giving back to the community”. As a result of lockdown during Covid-19, he has recently acquired a passion for growing produce in his allotment, alongside spending quality time with his family.
Helen has a lifetime career within manufacturing. After obtaining her BEng Hons degree in Chemical Engineering from Queens University Belfast, she has operated as a Quality Manager from 1989-2007, and again from 2018-2020. Helen has helped achieve compliance accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001, obtained product certification and maintained and improved the quality system.
Between 2007-2017, Helen acted as Production Manager, which involved the management of team members and incoming chemicals, the setting and monitoring of SOP’s and KPI’s, waste management and site visits to customers and suppliers, providing the needed technical expertise and ensuring standardisation.
From 2017-2018, Helen has focused on Process and Quality improvement by facilitating lean process improvement.
In her spare time, Helen enjoys swimming and going on long walks in the countryside.
